We accept cancellations of orders before the product has been shipped or produced. If your order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund. If the product has already been shipped, you cannot cancel the order.
Returns (if applicable)
We accept returns of products. You have the right to request a return within 7 days of delivery of the product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. To complete your return, you will need your receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact customer service to ensure it is sent to the correct address.
There is no 7-day right of refund on custom-ordered or personalized items.
If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer must pay the shipping costs.
If the product received is damaged or incorrect due to our reasons, the consumer will not have to pay the shipping costs for this reason.
There are no restocking fees charged to consumers for returning products.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return has been received and inspected, you will receive a receipt notification via email. We will also notify you of the approval or denial of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Late or missed refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received your refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted. Next, contact your bank, as there is often a processing time before the refund is posted.
